I forgot to mention in the video, that for herbs that are too fine for a fine mesh strainer, I use a nylon mesh bag to strain the extracts.  You can either buy a nut mylk bag that is designed for people making homemade nut milks, or a paint strainer bag (about a buck each at Home Depot.)  The paint strainer bag is usually located by the spray paint section in your local hardware store - or you could look for them online if you don't have a Home Depot near you.  Comparitively - nut mylk bags are about $9 each generally speaking.
